To register and maintain an account on tumi23, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on tumi23. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tumi23 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings upon detection.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
tumi23 is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of our KYC compliance obligations. Verification may be requested at any stage, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time during your membership. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as your Indonesian KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — national identity card or valid passport) and may be asked for additional supporting documents. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. tumi23 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify tumi23 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. tumi23 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
tumi23 accepts deposits via the following verified payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
tumi23 does not accept deposits via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed above. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; higher-volume deposits may trigger additional verification checks.
Deposits via e-wallet channels (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your tumi23 balance within five (5) minutes. Local bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing times, typically between five (5) minutes and two (2) hours depending on the originating bank and time of transfer. tumi23 does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which tumi23 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be complete and your account must be in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within the same day. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB will be processed the following business day. Gold-tier loyalty members receive priority withdrawal processing with a target turnaround of under fifteen (15) minutes. tumi23 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard accounts.
Bonus Funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and any applicable time limits are disclosed clearly in the bonus terms accompanying each promotion. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to fulfilling the applicable wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on tumi23 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, qualifying game restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry dates. Each promotion page or bonus notification will display the specific terms applicable to that offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only, once per household, device, and IP address. Subsequent bonuses may have their own eligibility criteria. tumi23 reserves the right to decline any bonus application at its sole discretion if it suspects the Member is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion.
The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and/or account termination:

tumi23 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed using odds or game parameters published in error; ( (b) the bet was placed by a Member in breach of these Terms; (c) the event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without an official result determined under the applicable Game Rules; or (d) a manifest, typographic, or system error occurred in the odds or displayed game parameters at the time the bet was placed. In all such cases, the stake will be refunded to the Member's account balance.
For mix parlay bets, if one leg is voided, the odds for that leg are adjusted to 1.00 and the overall accumulator odds are recalculated accordingly.
tumi23 may establish maximum bet and maximum win limits for individual Members or across specific markets. These limits are communicated within the applicable game or market interface. Any bet attempted above the established maximum limit may be declined automatically by the system.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tumi23, its management entity, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, including any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the tumi23 platform.
tumi23 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or completely free of defects. While we maintain enterprise-grade infrastructure with a target of 99.9% availability and regular maintenance windows, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events. During any planned maintenance or outage, bet placement may be temporarily disabled, and any bets accepted during that period which cannot be validly settled due to a system fault are subject to voiding under Clause 6.4.
tumi23 shall not be liable for any losses arising from failures in your internet connection, mobile service provider, banking network, or e-wallet infrastructure, all of which operate outside of our direct control. Similarly, tumi23 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers in processing transactions.
tumi23 makes all reasonable efforts to provide a secure and fair platform. However, you are solely responsible for your own decisions, the accuracy of your bets, and managing your bankroll. tumi23 does not provide financial advice, and no content on the platform should be construed as such.

Where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, tumi23 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings attributable to the breach, and shall return any remaining Real-Money Funds to the verified registered payment source, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Where a Member voluntarily closes their own account, they may submit a Request to close account via support, and any outstanding balance will be processed for withdrawal following standard verification procedures.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or your use of the tumi23 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to tumi23's customer support team for resolution in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of initial notification, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or such alternative dispute resolution mechanism as tumi23 may designate in accordance with applicable law.
tumi23 reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, tumi23 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the platform, email, or in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of the tumi23 platform after any changes to these Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
